1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply (visible at checkout).

5. Delays in Delivery

  • While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays or strikes
    • Remote delivery locations
    • Unforeseen logistics issues
  • Lumea Skincare is not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support@lumeaskincare.in.
  • If you accept a damaged parcel, please share clear photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours for assistance.

8. Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you can track your order via the courier partner’s tracking link shared by email/SMS.
