Refund & Cancellation Policy – Lumea Skincare

Effective Date: 1 April 2025

At Lumea Skincare, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at help@lumeaskincare.in with your order details.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns if:
    • You receive a wrong product,
    • The product is damaged on arrival, or
    • The product is expired.
  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or opened products
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Products purchased during clearance sales

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging at support@lumeaskincare.in.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
