At Lumea Skincare, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel, please contact us immediately at help@lumeaskincare.in with your order details.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns if:
- You receive a wrong product,
- The product is damaged on arrival, or
- The product is expired.
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Used or opened products
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products purchased during clearance sales
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging at support@lumeaskincare.in.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
